Land Transport Amendment Bill
- MoT, Transfund and LTSA to become 2
organisations: MoT to include greater policy from LTSA, remaining LTSA and
Transfund to merge
- New organisation (LTSA and Transfund) to
cover 5 key objectives of NZ Transport Strategy as opposed to just safety
