The committee is attempting to make this conference as green as possible, so please register on-line if you can. If you need an invoice, this can be requested on-line. However, if you need a manual form then here is a pdf version (64KB) and here is an MS Word version (439KB). Please mail to Harding Consultants, PO Box 5512, Christchurch.
Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise the Conference Secretariat on 03-352-5598 or email glenda@hardingconsultants.co.nz
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made on or before Friday 25 July 2008 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. No refunds will be given after this date.
If you cancel your accommodation after Friday, 4 July 2008, you may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
