- Due to pressing time constraints and work loads, I will ,at this time
respectfully decline your invitation to take part in your worthwhile
survey.......I am however acutely aware of the fact that cycle
transportation is the most efficient form or transportation known to
mankind.....I thoroughly support your input into this under-utilised
field.......Please however vote for me in the elections for the Northland
Regional Council ; as a young enthusiastic and energetic man I can certainly
be of terrific benefit to positively influencing the mind-set of the other "
more senior " councillors.......Thanks
