Part-time Project Officer

Living Streets Aotearoa is looking for an experienced project officer to manage our Walk2Work and Summer Steps programmes during February and March, and to manage funding applications.   We are looking for someone with the ability to pick up these existing projects from our present project officer who is going on parental leave, and to run with them.  Our ideal person will be a self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm, with experience in managing projects, staff and volunteers, and applying for funding.

This is a half-time (20 hours/week) fixed term contract position for February and March, working from the Living Streets office in Wellington.  There is the possibility that the contract could be extended if another project currently being researched comes to fruition.

To apply, please send a CV and covering letter, with referees, to lizthomas@livingstreets.org.nz by 5pm on Tuesday 2nd February.
