It is sent out by mail (and is also published on our website - see below)

Newsletters are in PDF format and will take a few minutes to download over a fast phone line. The recent larger ones will take many minutes over a phone line and you really need broadband to access them. You will need Adobe Acrobat reader or equivalent to read these files.
