Tauranga Walking and Cycling Strategy

"The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to Council in the way it promotes, plans, manages and provides for walking and cycling activities in the Tauranga district. The key themes of this strategy are simply: 1. to promote and enable walking and cycling as a popular form of recreation and 2. to improve the safety and convenience of walking and cycling as a way of getting around Tauranga District. "
