At this meeting we will attend to the formal business of our organisation for the year ended 31 March 2022.
All current members are invited to participate and will be able to vote at this meeting. Members are reminded that membership dues for the 2022-23 year were due on 1 April 2022. If you have not yet paid your membership dues, please do so before the AGM. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact: accounts@livingstreets.org.nz.

Nominations open
Would you like to join the Living Streets Aotearoa executive for the 2022-23 year? We welcome nominations from members who would like to help us retain footpaths for feet (including people who use mobility aids), and to work for safer, pedestrian-friendly places and spaces.
To be nominated before the AGM, please contact Gay Richards, President, as soon as possible. Please write a paragraph (100 words max) about yourself. See contact details below. Nominations can also be made at the AGM.
The Executive meets monthly by Zoom.
Purpose of AGM
- To receive the President's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2022.
- To elect the 2021/22 Executive.
- To approve the financial accounts as at 31 March 2022.
- To consider any member resolutions. Any resolutions received will be advised 14 days prior to the AGM. Resolutions shodl be received by 4pm on 15 August 2022.
- To discuss any other business. .
A full Agenda, along with the minutes of the 2020 AGM and the 2021/22 financial accounts will be circulated prior to the AGM.
Meeting by Zoom
A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to all members 14 days prior to the AGM. You do not need to have a webcam or special software to participate in this Zoom meeting.
