The Walking Kit: Stanford Health Promotion Resource Centre

In this kit, participants check off each behavior change as they start a walking program, learn to enjoy it, and stick with it. Also included: Updated “Warm-Up” sheet and “Food for Walking,” and a sheet with tips for choosing nutritious, low-fat food.
