Signalized pedestrian facilities policy (Hutt City)

States the policy that NZS 5431:1973 Specification for Traffic Signals be adopted for the installation of signalised pedestrian facilities at mid-block locations and nonsignalised intersections. Where there are significant volumes of special needs pedestrians present, signals may be considered once the warrant exceeds 100,000.
