Rotorua city design principles - part 2

The appearance and amenity of Rotorua's CBD has undergone a dramatic transformation since the 1980s. This has come about through what has been known as the CBD Redevelopment Project, an enormous project which developed out of the vision of the Mayor, Councillors and District Engineer and which resulted in the injection of $29.7 million into the CBD.
