Wanganui kiwiwalks

KiwiWalks are an initiative of the Hillary Commission in partnership with Regional Sports Trusts and Local Authorities. The aim is to encourage people to undertake healthy regular exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Brisk walking is an ideal way for many people to achieve their regular exercise.
