What is it about?

Walk2Work Day is a yearly event to encourage people to walk more in their daily lives, especially to consider walking as part of their daily work commute. 

When & where is it?

At various locations all over New Zealand, walking events are organised on Wed 16 March. People who have walked all or part of the way to work get a special treat! Check out where events are held close to you.

How can I participate?

Walk2Work is easy and you can participate in the following ways:

  • Walk to work on 16 March 2011,
  • Take part in or help with organising an event near you.
