Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011

AGM of Living Streets Aotearoa Incorporated was held on

Tuesday 23 August 2011, 7.30 pm

The meeting was held by teleconference so that all members throughout the country can attend, and to save carbon and travelling costs. In the main centres the conference calls were made from most regions. Check if there is a location close to you from where the conference call was made. 

The AGM was open to all members (who may nominate and vote) and others (as non-voting observers).

We would like to thank the NZ Transport Agency (NZTA)  for sponsoring the cost of the nationwide teleconference call

Nominations for executive members

Written expressions of interest for designated positions on the Executive Council or for general Executive Council positions are invited. Please send a short profile, including reasons for wishing to be on the Executive Council to the National Secretary no later than Tuesday 16 August 2011. Nominations will also be accepted during the meeting.
