The walks available take in a variety of forest, coastal and hill country scenery. They vary in length and difficulty, and they cater for a wide range of ages or fitness. Northland is blessed with a wonderful coastline, which offers limitless scope for outdoor recreation. The eastern coast is usually more sheltered, with intricate rocky headlands, beaches, bays and peninsulas.
